That material will be warmed up and then vacuum-sucked downwards (deep-drawn) above a tool which is warmed up too. This leads to a significant stretching of the material. Especialy in the corners. This, in turn, leads to a diminution of the material on that spots. Therfore it's not possible to attain the same stability as with the rotomoulded containers.
